I would never visit here again, and only stayed as we were guests at a party. I asked to speak with a manager to complain and nobody was available.
This was not a one off heating fault, staff advised this is the temperature they have to work in everyday. My child was really cold and uncomfortable and did not enjoy their visit. If you were to breathe out there was a visible fog cloud. The staff had multiple layers of clothes on and gloves. A number of children in the party we were at, left trampolining to come and put their coat on and get a hot chocolate instead.We visited today and the entire centre was freezing with no heating on, making for an exceptionally uncomfortable visit. However, when children are coming to play indoors, from temperatures outside that are below freezing, is is appalling to have no heating on. It is a shame, as the venue looks like it could be great. Out of all the the attractions we have ever visited, this was undoubtedly the worst experience and is the only time I have ever felt compelled to write a trip advisor. My food order was also incorrect and burnt. We visited today and the entire centre was freezing with no heating on, making for an exceptionally uncomfortable visit. just not a good experience at all and I won’t be wasting my money again at this place 😡
The coffee machine ran out of milk half way through my order which the staff member put on my tray, refilled the coffee machine and finished my second order without coming back to my half filled coffee and charged me full price for the 2x coffees! There was rubbish left on tables from previous visitors.
£2 a pair! The venue looks very much the part but the Wipe Out section was out of order, too many kids running around, the cafe always had a massive queue with 1 young person on her own so was waiting 10-15mins to be served. My children have visited many trampoline vicinities and wear the special socks but Flip Out insisted I had to purchase their socks with their brand which were exactly the same as what I had already.
An absolute nightmare to park! there just isn’t enough car parking spaces so we had to park in a retail park which is a 10 minute walk away not good with little ones on a busy road and no paths.
